Kevin Fox is an award winning photographer & filmmaker with over 20 years in the imaging industry. Kevin understands the power of motion picture as a communication tool. He has a deep passion for history, art, agriculture, food production at the farm level, rodeo, the western lifestyle, and over all life in the California Central Valley. Kevin is has been working with the Oakdale Cowboy Museum for seven years to preserve much of this rich history.
Kevin is happy to be back as an advisor for the 2012 ITSA Film Festival. He is looking forward to putting his skill sets and experience to work making the festival successful and a unique experience for everyone.
Fox has an extensive background in concert and festival production. As production manager for Rhythmic Productions in Humboldt County for several years in the late 1990's, Fox realized how important it is to create a memorable experience for the festival patron, and the artists, while keep the needs of the festival organizers to have the festival itself remain sustainable.
Come out and enjoy the finest short films and animations in the beautiful historic towns of Groveland and Sonora, California, just outside of Yosemite National Park. Each year in October the ITSA Film Festival comes to life in this well-known film area in the heart of California.
Next years festival is set take place on October 13-15 of 2012. It will expand by a day and incorporate a "horror film" section in conjunction with Halloween.

Aimed at first time student filmmakers, This workshop is NOT a Lecture. It hopefully will be an open discussion on filmmaking and is intended to dispel some myths about filmmaking and set you out on a path for a successful first documentary film. After a strong showing with the feature documentary Changing The Game at the 2011 Film Fest Twain Harte, festival organizers asked Fox to return as a judge for 2012.
The dates for the Festival are set for Labor Day weekend 2012. The Festival begins accepting submissions on March 1st 2012.

took notice in a blog by Lucas McNelly,
